    • When and where is Avaya ENGAGE?

      Avaya ENGAGE will be held from December 12-15, 2021 in Orlando, FL. The conference will be held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.

    • What is the dress code for the conference? What about social events?

      The dress code for the conference proceedings, solutions expo, and social events is business casual.

    • Will there be an Avaya ENGAGE mobile app?

      Yes! The app will be released approximately a month before the conference is scheduled to start. All registered attendees will receive download instructions via email once the app is released.

  • REGISTRATION

    It is highly recommended to log in to your IAUG account before registering. This is vital to ensure correct pricing, profile information, and receipt of recordings, handouts, and other relevant information. If you are unsure if you have an account or cannot remember your login credentials, please contact info@iaug.org before registering. It is highly recommended for attendees to register themselves as personal information is needed.


    • When does the Early Bird registration pricing end?

      Early bird registration ends on October 19, 2021.

    • What are the registration packages/passes available for Avaya ENGAGE?

      Below are the registration packages available for Avaya ENGAGE.

      Conference Registration
      Includes access to all the main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals and all networking events (including Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience, expo receptions and IAUG Closing Celebration).

      Group Registrations
      Includes access to all main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals, and all networking events (including Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience, expo receptions, and IAUG Closing Celebration). The discounted ticket price of $950 per person only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 5 or more people registering at the same time from the same company. Please contact registration@iaug.org for the applicable discount code. Group registration can be purchased until December 9, 2021.

      International Conference
      Includes access to all main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals, and all networking events (including Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience, expo receptions, and IAUG Closing Celebration). This registration type applies only to those attending from outside of North America. Attendees from Canada and Mexico are not eligible for this registration type.

      One-Day Conference Pass
      Includes meals, sessions, and evening reception for one day. Multiple One-Day passes can be purchased.

      4 Night Bundle: Conference Registration & Hotel 4 Nights
      Bundle registrations are available until 11/1/21 or until sold out.

      5 Night Bundle: Conference Registration & Hotel 5 Nights
      Bundle registrations are available until 11/1/21 or until sold out.

      Solutions Expo Plus Pass
      Includes solution expo access (including Tuesday and Wednesday lunch), expo receptions, general sessions, Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience, and IAUG Closing Celebration.

      Companion Pass
      Includes access to all networking events including Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience, expo receptions, and IAUG Closing Celebration.

      Pre-conference Workshops
      Includes access to pre-conference workshops on the morning of Sunday, December 12, 2021. Pre-conference workshops are priced at $300 each. The pre-conference workshops being offered can be found on the registration site and in the Agenda section of this site.

    • How do I register?

      Click REGISTER NOW on the top right hand corner of this site to start your registration.

    • When does online registration end?

      Online registration will close Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Midnight Central Time. Onsite registration will be available at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in the Convention Foyer, which is located on the lobby level, on Sunday, December 12, 2021 starting at 7:30 AM. Please note that there will be an onsite increase to the registration cost by $250 for full conference passes. There will also be an onsite increase in registration cost by $100 for Solutions Expo Plus Passes, One Day Passes, and International Passes. Group registrations are not available for onsite purchase.

    • What is the cost to register?

    • How do I register as an official Speaker?

      Speakers are given direct information on how to register. Please reach out to speakers@iaug.org for speaker inquiries.

    • How do I register as a group?

      Please contact registration@iaug.org for instructions and to receive the discount code that must be used during registration. The discounted ticket price of $1,000 per person only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 5 or more people registering at the same time from the same company.

    • Can I bring a Guest?

      Yes! Guests are welcome at all Avaya ENGAGE networking events, such as the expo receptions and the Avaya Customer Appreciation Experience and the IAUG Closing Celebration for an additional fee. You can add guests to your registration during your initial setup. Please contact registration@iaug.org if you need to add a guest after registering.

    • Who do I contact with any registration questions?

    • What is the Avaya ENGAGE registration cancellation policy?

      Conference Pass Registration Cancellation: Attendees may cancel their Conference registration anytime up until December 10, 2021 by contacting registration@iaug.org. Those who decide to cancel can transfer their registration fee to 2022 or request a refund for Conference Registration. Attendees are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations you have made for your stay if you cannot attend.

    • What is the registration transfer policy?

      Should you no longer be able to attend Avaya ENGAGE but want to transfer your registration to another person, please contact registration@iaug.org. Bundle registration transfer requests must be submitted before Friday, November 12, 2021. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted. All other registration type transfer requests must be made by Friday, December 3, 2021. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted.

    • When do I need to pay my registration fee by?

      If you opt to pay by check or to be invoiced, the deadline to receive payment is November 26, 2021. If your check is not received by Friday, November 26, 2021 then you will be required to pay by credit card. Please make sure your invoice number is included on all checks and wire transfers.

    • Is Membership included in my conference registration?

      There is no longer a fee for IAUG memberships, please join at any time to unlock IAUG benefits, access, and networking year-round!

  • TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS

    • What plans are in place to ensure guests are safe during COVID-19?

      IAUG and Avaya are partnering with the venue and vendors to ensure that health and safety measures are in line with CDC and local government relations during Avaya ENGAGE US. Social distance guidelines will be taken into consideration when planning, and details will become more available as the event gets closer. We will be transparent about what measures will be taken, including but not limited to; mask requirements, sanitation stations, reduced capacity, contact free check-in, etc. Health and Safety instructional signs will be highly visible throughout all venues. The Attendee Experience Committee and Conference Planning Committee are ensuring the attendee experience remains top notch!

    • What are the conference hotels?

      We have partnered with Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort for this year’s conference. More information on the hotel can be found here. Please note, the Walt Disney World Swan Resort is the Dolphin’s sister property. All overnight and conference guests have full access to both resorts’ amenities but the guest rooms blocked for ENGAGE 2021 and the meeting space are all located at the Dolphin.

    • What is the conference group rate at the conference hotel?

      The guest room group rate at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is $269 plus 12.5% tax and a resort fee of $20.00 per room per day. Click here to access the hotel website for resort fee inclusions and to book your guest room.

    • When do I need to book my hotel room by?

      Reservations will be available until Friday, November 12, 2021 or until the block is full, whichever comes first.

    • What if I want to book my own hotel accommodations and not purchase a bundle?

      You can book your own hotel accommodations at The Walt Disney World Dolphin’s Resort’s here.

    • What is the hotel cancellation policy?

      Hotel Cancellation for Bundles: Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Wednesday, November 10, 2021. People who purchase a bundle registration will receive full refund for their conference pass portion of their registration; however, attendees will be responsible for the hotel costs associated with this reservation if not cancelled by this date. All medical, family emergency and travel related cancellations can be submitted to registration@iaug.org. Refund determination for these requests will be determined post conference.

    • How will I get to/from the convention center and the conference hotels?

      The hotel and Conference Center are on the same property therefore shuttles will not be provided. If you need to rent a scooter, we recommend K&M Rentals. You can reserve your rental at www.km-rentals.com

    • What if I’m traveling internationally?

      For entry into the United States, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure date from your originating destination. For entry into the United States, please refer to United States government travel information website: https://www.usa.gov/enter-us.

      Residents of Canada and most European countries do not need a visa to visit the United States if they are staying for less than 90 days. However, residents of these countries do require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). For more information please visit esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. For further information on whether or not you require a visa to enter the United States, please visit www.travel.state.gov.

      You will have to pass through United States Customs if arriving by air. At United States airports, you must present a completed customs declaration form (which may or may not be provide in-flight).

    • What food is available at the hotel or through the conference?

      The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort does not include complimentary breakfast but offers breakfast at their own site restaurants. Their dining outlets can be found by clicking here. Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday plus morning and afternoon breaks. Food will also be served at all evening events.

    • How is the City of Orlando handling COVID-19?

    • What is the weather like in Orlando in December?

      In most years, Orlando averages a daily maximum temperature for December that's between 70° and 75° F (21° to 24° C). The minimum temperature usually falls between 50° and 55° F (13° to 10° C).

    • Which airports are closest to Orlando?

      Flights to and from Orlando go through Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located 23 miles (37 km) away from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. It may take between 25-30 minutes to get between the airport and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, depending on traffic. If you are taking a taxi or shared ride, make sure to notify your driver at which hotel building you have a reservation.
