Health and Safety

After careful consideration, Avaya and IAUG have made the decision to require either a COVID-19 vaccination (as listed on the approved WHO list of vaccinations which can be found here) OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival at the Swan & Dolphin in Orlando, FL. In addition to all local guidelines, we will also be following all guidelines put in place by Marriott at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin’s hotel, which at this time includes a mask mandate for all individuals.

The CLEAR Health Pass will be used to upload proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. For negative COVID tests, please refer to the testing date windows below. If your test was done at a facility that DOES NOT integrate with the CLEAR app, you’ll be required to show your negative test documentation at the CLEAR check point onsite. For vaccinations not integrated with the CLEAR app, you’ll be required to show your vaccine card at the CLEAR check point onsite.

More information about the CLEAR Health Pass will be provided shortly.

Additionally, we have also taken steps to ensure the following precautions will be in place:

  • Reduced onsite attendee footprint
  • Daily cleaning and sanitation
  • Sanitation stations placed around the event
  • Contactless check in and badging options

If you are attending Avaya ENGAGE in person, you are required to sign a health waiver prior to the event. Please download, review, and sign the waiver available through the download button below.

If you have any questions or concerns about the above precautions, please contact info@iaug.org.

As more information is available, we will communicate to those already registered and here on this site.
