Cancellation Policy – Individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
Note: Bundle registration hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center need to be made through registration@iaug.org. And need to be cancelled by April 26, 2024 to avoid cancellation fees. Please refer to the Avaya ENGAGE registration cancellation policy for more details.
If you fail to cancel your bundle registration ahead of the conference and you are a no show the day of your check-in date, you are responsible for covering your one night room cancellation fee.
