The following passes are available for Avaya ENGAGE. Specific pricing for each ticket type is listed on our Pricing page.

Conference Registration

• Includes access to all the main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals and all networking events (including opening reception, expo receptions and closing party). Does not include hotel accommodations.

Group Discount

• The discounted ticket price of $1,450 per person only applies to the customer attendee type for groups of 5 or more people registering at the same time from the same company.
• Includes access to all main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals, and all networking events (including opening reception, expo receptions, and closing party). Please contact registration@iaug.org for the applicable discount code.

International Attendees

• This registration type applies only to those attending from outside of North America. Attendees from Canada and Mexico are not eligible for this registration type.
• Includes access to all main stage keynotes, breakout sessions, solutions expo, meals, and all networking events (including opening reception, expo receptions, and closing party). Hotel accommodations are not included.

One-Day Conference Pass

• Includes meals, sessions, and evening reception for one day.

Solutions Expo Only

• Includes solution expo access (including Tuesday and Wednesday Lunch), expo receptions, general sessions, opening reception, and closing party.

Companion Pass

• Includes access to all networking events including the opening reception, expo receptions, and closing party.

Attendees may cancel their conference registration anytime up until May 23, 2023 by contacting registration@iaug.org. Those who decide to cancel can transfer their registration fee to 2024 or request a full refund for Conference Registration. After May 23, 2023, any requested refunds will be reviewed and credited on a case-by-case basis. Attendees are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations you have made for your stay if you cannot attend and will be responsible for hotel cancellation fees.

Should you no longer be able to attend Avaya ENGAGE but want to transfer your registration to another person, please contact registration@iaug.org. Bundle registration transfer requests must be submitted before May 23, 2023. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted. All other registration type transfer requests must be made by May 23, 2023. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted.

If you opt to pay by check or to be invoiced, the deadline to receive payment is May 23, 2023. After you complete your registration and you opt to pay by check, you will receive a confirmation email stating payment is pending. Once payment is received, your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. If your check is not received by May 23, 2023 then you will be required to pay by credit card. You will be contacted by registration@iaug.org if you opt to pay by check during the registration process and will be provided an invoice. Please make sure your invoice number is included on all checks and wire transfers. Credit Card will be the only method of payment for on-site registration.

Membership to IAUG is free, and you will be able to opt into having an account created on your behalf during Avaya ENGAGE registration, if you so choose. We highly recommend it!

We have partnered with Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort for this year’s conference.
Please note, the Walt Disney World Swan Resort is the Dolphin’s sister property. All overnight and conference guests have full access to both resort’s amenities, but the guest rooms blocked for Avaya ENGAGE 2023 and the meeting space is all located at the Dolphin.

The guest room group rate at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is $254, plus 12.5% tax and a resort fee of $30 per room per day. Check out the resort’s secure Group Reservation System exclusively for Avaya ENGAGE guests for fee inclusions and to book your room. Guests can also call the hotel’s in-house reservations department (1-888-828-8850) and ask for the Avaya ENGAGE 2023 room block. The discount code is AV5626.

Room block reservations will be available until Wednesday, May 24 or until the block is full, whichever comes first! The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort’s individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 5 days of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.

Note: Bundle Registration hotel reservations made through registration@iaug.org will need to be cancelled by May 23, 2023 to avoid cancellation fees. Please refer to the Avaya ENGAGE registration cancellation policy above for more details.

The Convention Center is located in the Dolphin Resort, therefore shuttles will not be provided. If you need to rent a scooter, we recommend K&M Rentals. You can reserve your rental at www.km-rentals.com .

For entry into the United States, your passport must be good for at least 6 months after your departure date. Please refer to government travel restrictions: https://www.usa.gov/enter-us

Residents of Canada and most European countries do not need a visa to visit the United States if they are staying for less than 90 days. However, residents of these countries do require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). For more information please visit esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. For further information on whether or not you require a visa to enter the United States, please visit www.travel.state.gov.

You will have to pass through United States Customs, if arriving by air. At United States airports, you must present a completed customs declaration form (which may or may not be provided in-flight).

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort does not include complimentary breakfast, but breakfast is offered at their many on-site restaurants. Here’s a list of dining options at the resort.

Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, plus morning and afternoon breaks. Food will also be served at the opening event, evening receptions and closing event.

Self-parking is located near the entrance to Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Valet parking is available at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.

Rates for registered guests of Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel:

• Self-Parking – $35 per day, plus tax
• Valet Parking – $39 per day, plus tax

In most years, Orlando averages a daily maximum temperature for June that's between 85° and 91° F (29° to 32° C). The minimum temperature usually falls between 73° and 77° F (22° to 25° C).

Flights to and from Orlando go through Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is located 23 miles (37 km) away from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. It may take 25-30 minutes to get between the airport and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, depending on traffic. If you are taking a taxi, on-demand ride service, or a shared ride service, make sure to notify your driver about which building on the resort that you have a hotel reservation.
