Avaya ENGAGE is intended for those who are currently in the Avaya ecosystem (customers, partners, employees, relevant media) and those who are considering Avaya solutions. Competitors are not allowed to attend and will be declined registration.
The following passes are available for Avaya ENGAGE. Specific pricing for each ticket type is listed on our Pricing page.
Exhibitors are entitled to full conference and Experience Hall registrations, based on support level. See the following breakdown levels.

All individuals working in your booth must register to attend and registrations over these allotments are available for an additional fee. The primary contact for each exhibiting company will receive an email from our registration provider directing them to the registration portal approximately one week or less after a signed contract is received. If that time has passed and you haven’t received an email, please check your spam/junk folders.

Attendees may cancel their conference registration anytime up until April 26, 2024 by contacting AvayaENGAGE@mcievents.com or calling 1-972-349-5553. Those who decide to cancel can transfer their registration fee to 2025 or request a full refund for Conference Registration.
After April 26, 2024, any requested refunds will be reviewed and credited on a case-by-case basis. You are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations you have made for your stay if you cannot attend and will be responsible for hotel cancellation fees.
Should you no longer be able to attend Avaya ENGAGE but want to transfer your registration to another person, please contact AvayaENGAGE@mcievents.com or call 1-972-349-5553.
If you are transferring a Bundle registration, you need to email registration@iaug.org before April 26, 2024. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted. All other registration type transfer requests must be made by April 26, 2024. After this date, no substitutions will be accepted.
If you opt to pay by check or to be invoiced, the deadline to receive payment is April 26, 2024. After you complete your registration and you opt to pay by check, you will receive a confirmation email stating payment is pending. Once payment is received, your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. If your check is not received by April 26, 2024, then you will be required to pay by credit card.
You will be contacted by registration@iaug.org if you opt to pay by check during the registration process and an invoice will be sent to you directly from the Accounting Department from INTL AVAYA USERS GR, invoice@authorize.net. Please make sure your invoice number is included on all checks and wire transfers. You can make your check out to International Avaya User Group (IAUG), Attention: Avaya ENGAGE and mail it to PO Box 306192, Nashville, TN 37230-6192.
Credit card will be the only method of payment for on-site registration.

The cancellation policies differ by hotel. Please note the number of days required prior to canceling a reservation to avoid incurring fees.
Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
AC Hotel by Marriott Denver Downtown individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 24 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 48 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
The Slate Denver, Tapestry Collection by Hilton individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 24 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room fee.
Sonesta Denver Downtown individual cancellation policy is that a guest room needs to be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel your guest room reservation within 24 hours of arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to one-night room rate plus tax.
Note that bundle registration hotel reservations need to made through registration@iaug.org and need to be cancelled by April 26, 2024 to avoid cancellation fees. If you fail to cancel your bundle registration ahead of the conference and you are a no show the day of your check in date, you are responsible for covering your one-night room cancellation fee.
The Colorado Convention Center is walking distance to all of the conference hotels, therefore shuttles will not be provided. View transportation options from and to the Denver International Airport (DEN).
For entry into the United States, your passport must be good for at least 6 months after your departure date. Please refer to government travel restrictions: https://www.usa.gov/enter-us
Residents of Canada and most European countries do not need a visa to visit the United States if they are staying for less than 90 days. However, residents of these countries do require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). For more information please visit esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. You will have to pass through United States Customs, if arriving by air. At United States airports, you must present a completed customs declaration form (which may or may not be provided in-flight).
Breakfast is only included with your reservation at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center conference hotel. It is not included at any of the other conference hotels. You can view other food options here.
Your Avaya ENGAGE Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday plus morning and afternoon breaks. Food will also be served at the opening event, evening receptions and closing event.

Attendees will receive instructions on how to access the official Avaya ENGAGE event app in order to receive the most up-to-date information, build schedules, connect with others, and more. The app is compatible with Apple and Android devices. You must register with the email you have access to since it’s the same email you will use when accessing the event app.

There isn’t an official dress code. However, attendees typically dress “modern business casual” and are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and layers, as temperatures vary between rooms. Please pack accordingly for various weather, as Denver in May can be unpredictable. A coat or jacket for morning walks to the Colorado Convention Center and evening receptions is encouraged.

In most years, Denver averages a daily maximum temperature for May of 72°F (44°C). The minimum temperature usually falls between mid 40s° F to low 50s°F (4.5° C to 5°C).
Flights to and from Denver go through Denver International Airport (DEN) and is located 27 miles (43 km) away from the Colorado Convention Center. It may take between 30-45 minutes to get between the airport and the Colorado Convention Center, depending on traffic. View transportation options from and to the Denver International Airport (DEN).
Membership to IAUG is free, and you will be able to opt into having an account created on your behalf during Avaya ENGAGE registration, if you so choose. We highly recommend it!
